Great to work with and very knowledgeable. When we were thinking of listing, he came out to assess our home. Our basement was unfinished, all of the main was remodeled and the upstairs trim, doors, etc. was different than the newly remodeled main floor. We didn’t know what would give us more return, finishing the basement or remodeling upstairs. I gave him our target asking price and he advised us not only how to handle it, he gave us list of the contractors he has worked with to get other homes ready for the market. I used a couple of them and they did a great job. The result was that we sold our house in 1 day for 9k above asking price! Ryan did a fantastic job in helping us sell my mothers house which was far more challenging then we expected. The house was 56 years old and my mother was not able in the last 10 years since my fathers passing to do all the minor service the home needed.
